Grab Your BFFs, These Are the Movies You Need to Binge-Watch in Your Next GNO

Another long weekend is upon us, and what better way to kickoff the weekend than to hang out with your best gal pals. This time, consider staying in and cozying up with these flicks for a screaming, crying, and spreading the feel good vibes session this Halloween night.

Someone Great (2019)

All about discovering love, experiencing love lost, and discovering oneself in the aftermath, Someone Great shows a bold, but realistic approach to the idea of love. Grab your tissues because this movie is gonna make you bawl your eyes out. Even Taylor Swift was no exception.

Twilight Saga (2008)

Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn, why pick one when you can just binge-watch the entire series in one go? It may be 2019, but it only takes one crooked smile from Edward Cullen to ignite all the feels you had back in 2008. Plus, the vampire-human-werewolf love triangle will always be a classic if you ask us.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi (2017)

The longest saga is about to come to an end, so before the final installment of the Skywalker story drops this December, refresh your memory and relive how Kylo Ren battled with his good and dark sides, how the Resistance fled their way to safety, and how Luke Skywalker aced his final battle as a Jedi.

The Blackcoat’s Daughter (2017)

What’s a Halloween night without a scary flick to make you jump out of your seats? Not your usual zombie or paranormal movie, The Blackcoat’s Daughter spills the tea on the disturbing happenings at an all-girls boarding school. From murders to exorcisms, keep your eyes peeled on the major plot twist at the end of the movie. MINDBLOWN.

La La Land (2016)

If you love love, musicals, and a Mr. Ryan Gosling, then it’s high time you watch (or rewatch) 2016’s gem of a movie, La La Land. And just in case you needed a little reminding to be fearless and to chase after your dreams, watching Mia and Sebastian pursue the things that make their hearts skip a beat just might be enough.

Bridesmaids (2011)

Hands down, Bridesmaids is the ultimate bible for friendships. Watching Annie and Helen battle it out to become Lillian’s maid of honor, and eventually becoming friends as well is simply amazing. As if you needed more proof that we all got crowns, so there’s no need to tear each other down.
