Orders
Follow the steps below to create your order!
1. Once you’ve found something you like, Click "Add to Bag" to store the items on your order basket.
2. Tap on " Review My Cart" button to be redirected on the Bag page where you can make any last changes on your order, may it be the quantity, size or style.
3. Scroll down, you'll see two (2) delivery options: Ship To You or Store Pick up.
* If you will choose 'Ship To You', please fill-out your shipping address by selecting from the dropdown options. Your order will be delivered by your chosen courier to your specified shipping details.
* If you will choose 'Store Pick up'. You can search by store name, Select Region/Province and Select City/Municipality.
Once done selecting your preferred branch, tap on "Check out".
4. Please enter your contact Number and choose your Payment method.
* You will be redirected to our payment portal where you will be asked to enter your card/Mobile payment details.
Unfortunately, COD/Cash payment basis is not allowed in Pick-Up in Store Order
For your billing address, you can choose between "same as shipping address" or "use a different billing address."
5. You will be immediately notified if your payment was successfully made.
6. An order confirmation email will be sent to let you know that you order is all set.
An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to all successful orders made.
Our Distribution Center Team will prepare the orders within 1-3 days and will ship them to your chosen ForMe Branch. Another email notification will be sent to you once your order is ready for pickup.
Absolutely! You can request paper bags for all "Pick up in Store" orders when you arrive at the store. The number of bags should be equal to or less than the number of items you've bought.
Send an email to shop@formeclothing.com or slide us a message via our brand's Social Media accounts. Our Customer Care Team will get in touch with you from there.
As much as we'd like to, this option is not yet allowed at the moment. You can assign a representative to pickup your order or request for cancellation and reorder with your new chosen store.
Payment
You can pay via GCash and Credit/Debit Card.
During the order checkout process, you will be asked to select the payment method of your choice. You will be redirected to our payment portal where you will be asked to enter your card/ mobile payment details.
COD is not available as of the moment.
No, there is no option to save your credit or debit card information on your online store profile. Even if you have already used the same card, we do not store your card details to protect the security of your data. If you select Credit/Debit card as your payment option, you will be asked to enter your card details through a payment portal each time you complete an order.
Pick up In Store
Before our store partners handover your order/s, they'll ask for the ff:
● Valid ID
● Screenshot/ picture of Ready for pick up email
In case a representative will pick-up your order, please have them present the following:
● Representative's Valid ID
● Photocopy/Picture of your Valid ID
● Screenshot of Ready for pick up email
You can see in the Ready for pickup email the specific date until when you can dropby the store to get your order/s. Indicated date is 10 days after the receipt of this email notification sent your registered email address.
If you choose to assign a representative on your behalf, have them present the following:
● Representative's Valid ID
● Photocopy/Picture of your Valid ID
● Screenshot of Ready for pick up email
Customers are allowed to request for up to 10-day extension from the first pickup schedule. You can send your request to our Customer Care Team through our social media pages or email us at shop@formeclothing.com.
All unclaimed packages beyond the scheduled pick-up date are considered canceled and will be put back to our stocks. Refund will be process through your original payment method.
If you're still interested with the item/s, you have the option to re-order again in our Online Store but we can no longer guarantee the availability of the same items as they sell out quite fast.
As much as we'd like to, this option is not yet allowed at the moment. If you are not available to pick up your order on the scheduled date, you may request for a pickup extension or assign a representative and prepare the following:
● Representative's Valid ID
● Photocopy/Picture of your Valid ID
● Screenshot of Ready for pick up email
Return- Exchange & Refund
Upon pickup, you can fit the item/s immediately and request for an exchange if you wish for a better fit. You also have the option to proceed to other ForMe branch within 30 days from the date of your order.

For Credit/Debit Card Payments:This may take 20-30 business days before the refunded amount will reflect on your account.
For GCash Payment:This will reflect the same day as when it was processed
